1. CHECK-IN TIME is after 3:00p.m. of your scheduled
arrival date.
2. CHECK-OUT TIME is no later than 11:00a.m.
3. RESERVATION POLICY: Deposit of 2 nights' stay + tax within
one week of making reservation. The balance due upon arrival. Make
all funds payable to Werner Enterprises, Inc.
4. PERSONAL CHECK and specific CREDIT CARDS will be accepted for
your reservation deposit only, provided deposit is received no later
than fourteen days prior to check-in.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refund will be made less 10% cancellation
fee if cancellation is made up to 14 days before check-in date.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date, Werner Enterprises
reserves the right not to refund your advance deposit but allow
you to reschedule your dates, giving credit for deposit made, provided
it is within the same year. This is provided that Werner Enterprises
can re-rent the unit of the dates cancelled.
6. OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS A UNIT WILL SLEEP,
unless otherwise approved and confirmed.
7. HOUSE PARTIES: Should a house party occur, occupancy will be
TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND.
8. EACH UNIT IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND EQUIPPED to meet basic vacation
needs, Linens are provided!
9. NOTIFY OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY if you discover any item that
needs the attention of our maintenance department. Aside from normal
"wear and tear," YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE for
any damages to the property of its contents during your occupancy.
10. BEFORE DEPARTING you are expected to take out all trash, place
soiled towels in tub, make sure all dishes are CLEAN and put away
in good order and turn OFF all appliances. You will be responsible
to replace or pay for any loss, breakage(s) to the entire satisfaction
of the owner(s) or his/her agent. We inspect the unit when you have
checked out.
11. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for articles left behind. We will --
upon request only -- send articles FOUND c.o.d.
12. REPAIRS: "Let's face it -- even the best appliances,
air conditioners, TVs, etc. occasionally malfunction," and
we cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time. We do, however,
guarantee to correct the problem(s) as soon as possible -- DURING
NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
13. PETS: PETS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AND
VIOLATIONS WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF RENTAL WITH
NO REFUND. You will be charged a fee of $55.00 for the extermination
of any insects/pests your pet might carry.
14. ALL GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO: Both swimming pools, both hot tubs,
all three saunas, the exercise room and the game room.
15. AGENTS DISCRETION: We reserve the right to refund deposits,
refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if, in the agent's opinion,
tenant is or would be detrimental to the rental unit, other tenants,
homeowners or their guests, or any property at Gatlinburg's Highlands
Condos.
16. AGENT AND/OR OWNER(S) OF THE INDIVIDUAL RENTAL UNIT SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE for any damages and/or injury to tenant or tenants'
personal property or to premises or any part thereof or in common
areas thereof; and tenant agrees to hold agent and/or injury (NO
MATTER HOW CAUSES) or for any acts or theft or vandalism to tenants'
personal property.
17. TENANT CERTIFIES the he and/or she has read the above listed
rental policies and understands and agrees to abide by and cooperate
in the enforcement of same and also certifies that he and/or she
is at least 21 years of age.
PLEASE NOTE! We reserve the right to make any corrections or changes
necessary.
